My name is Eric Shine. I am a 1991 graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. My website is to inform you of my complaints against and experiences with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) administrative court system, which oversees U.S. licensed mariners. I am currently being tried by the USCG's administrative court system. As a result of the Coast Guard's actions, I unfortunately was honorably discharged as a Lieutenant from the U.S. Navy Reserve, as well as lost several years of valuable income as a licensed mariner and marine engineer.
